Fast crusader lvl'ing?

So, I just got a Crusader, I just want to lvl fast to 99 to do rebirth.

Have high str and vit, mid/low dex, low int, agi, luk.

Skills now are:
increase HP recovery 10
sword mastery 10
bash 10
magnum break 10
provoke 5
endure 4

peco peco ride 1
cavalier mastery 5
faith 10

What would be a fast way to lvl? Also, I'm a bit noobish, have no clue what exactly makes good gear and what makes a good card.

EDIT: would be interesting to note I lvl together with a priest, so xp sharing and I have my heals and buffs available
