New phone

So, my plan ends next month (Had an iPhone 3gs since 2011) and I'm kind of lost on the next phone I'll be using, the options im considering are the following:


-iPhone 5
I like the iOS and I like pretty much everything about it: good camera, fast phone, tons of apps, etc.

-Galaxy SIII
Older than the iPhone but still amazing, decent camera and better compatibility.

-Lumia 900
I like this phone, its cheaper than the other two, but I just hate windows on it.


Any suggestions?
