I have a D-Link WBR-2310 that will not open ports.
I have the router configured to always assign my computer 192.168.0.106 through a DHCP reservation, and I have my computer configured to always take 192.168.0.106 through the TCP/IPv4 properties.
I can access the internet just fine, and all of the info from ipconfig /all and netstat -a confirms that my computer IS indeed at 192.168.0.106, but when I forward ports to that IP address, or even set it as a DMZ, the ports remain closed.
