This is a potentially major skill of Priests and Sorcerers.
This skill sounds godly...but is it?
I haven't had much chance to test this skill, how does it actually work? If it's as described, then so long as you can achieve perfect hit on a target (they are your level or lower for the most part) then you get a better chance of critting in pvp, on average mobs, and for healing allies. I heard that it didn't seem to raise the frequency of crits but actually increased the critical number. Not sure if it was a significant upgrade or not. Sooo my question is
1. Does this increase your crit rate? (if so is it quadrupled?)
2. Or does this increase your crit damage modifier? (is this quadrupled?)
Any insight would be great as priest/sorc tree's are pretty tight already with this skill.
