Skills that I can think of that can cause fear status
- Dragon howling (rk)
- Wind cutter (rk)
- Lion Howling (sura)
1. What is fear status? Is this correct?
2. Any stats to resist this? Is the duration reduced or chance to inflict reduced or both? Is it possible to be immune?
3. How to cancel this status?
4. Is dragon howling immobilisation any special compared to other skills that inflict fear? From the doc:
5. Why is it considered useless when mobility is so important in WOE? So far all the posts i read don't give any merit to this...
