Paladin: Just came back from long break, need spec help

Hey all,

Pre-renewal player here and very confused. I play a crusader / paladin and I've been a GC/heal build since as long as I can remember. Went into GH today after logging on in the first time in years and noticed a few things:

- My heal is a lot less it seems like
- My GC no longer is near as effective
- My bash strangely does a lot more

I'm a classic GC / heal build with max INT, 60ish dex 30 something str and 40something vit (level 83).

Here are my questions:
- Was GC nerfed, or does it just seem that way? Maybe my gear no longer goes with the new way stats work in renewal (primarily INT and +ATK gear)
- What are the good Paladin leveling builds now? My cousin plays with me and is a priest, so looking from that perspective, but would be nice to know which ones are good solo as well
- Along with the builds, if you could recommend some leveling spots that would be awesome


Realize I need to do my own research to answer a lot of these questions and more about renewal, but wanted to reach out to you guys as well to get your perspective.
