RO Other new motherboard

I'm looking to buy a new motherboard. Something for gaming but nothing super pricey. Any ideas? I might also need new ram since i keep having crashes. Going to run a memtest to make sure.

power supply: corsair tx 750
ram: gskill DDR II 4gb
processor: intel core 2 duo cpu 2.66 GHz
mother board:asus p5ne sli
