- -50% ASPD and movespeed lasts 25 seconds and activates as soon as HW ends
- HW is immediately canceled when you cloak or Hide. And you suffer -50% aspd and movespeed by doing so.
- Evades both ground targeted magic, and single target magic.
- Can also evade non-damaging magic like Dispell.
- You will also evade friendly buffs (like Bless, Agi).
- Magic evasion does not affect non magical skills like Guillotine Fist.
- Decrease agi, Quagmire, and Dispell will NOT cancel HW.
