As title says, anyone have any good fantasy fiction books to recommend? I prefer something set in modern day world. Something like having a premise of the protagonist living an otherwise ordinary every life and then suddenly being thrust into a world of the supernatural. Speaking of the protagonist, preferably with a male protagonist.
But to make it clear, not something that is set in a fantasy world -- I get enough of those from all the dungeons and dragons series that I'm following.
