Monk: Fury State info

I would like to know if Fury State in renewal just doubles the time between ticks, makes halve the amount of SP regen or both.
Because at Irowiki ---- LINK ---- It says it doubles the time between ticks, but lower, at the bullet part is says "The 50% SP regeneration effect of Fury....", which its not tecnically the same, even though it has the same effect over a period of time.
I'm sure its double time tick but i need confirmation if possible, please.
