Guillotine Cross: Help my GX Build

I'm returning player from 2007, but I used to play as a Swordman class. I want to try a different class and I choose Thief class. I am currently have a 86 SinX, and I'm thinking my stat will goes like this:
STR 90
AGI 110
VIT 90
INT 50
DEX 45
LUK 100
Is this stat correct or absolutely nonsense?

I've been reading all over the net about the build and stat, but the same build sometimes has different stat. So it's just confusing :( Idk yet what build should I go for, I'm hoping someone can give me a suggestion. And also the skill build. What purpose is a GX best suit for? Is it WOE/MvP/PvM/PvP?
