How can I improve my lag??

Hey guys, I'm from Brazil and I've been playing iRO for around 1 year, but I just lag too much, I used to follow the instructions in this guide, but it doesn't seem to work anymore.

I want to know which configuration should I do, to have a better connection to iRO servers.
