So I checked in about a week back for an hour, and I noticed the Polar Bear Cap costume no longer gives the +25% bonus EXP. Was this done with all the costumes that were supposed to have time limits on them, or only for a few?
What about the cake hat? Does the NPC still exist to give the 2x drop rate? Or have they finally removed it (again)?
Any other small changes to any headgears, even non-costume, that have had useful bonuses removed or tweaked that would be useful to know about? Say perhaps some of the Halloween gear (witches pumpkin hat especially)?
