Not a test server; just another Yggdrasil server that's just going to eventually merge into Odin. Seriously, they haven't even sorted out all the merge crap yet and now they're in a hurry to open a new server for who knows what region of players, which will likely get merged into Odin once they chase off whatever players they manage to attract there. This new server is just going to be a huge waste of time and resources that should be going into fixing what's left of iRO2.
On top of that, they're planning to wipe everyone's temp storage because of the new server.
