Okay so really no thread about this magnificent piece of a movie? I just saw it today in the IMAX and I was absolutely loving each minute of the movie, the graphics, story and physics.
Of course you could perhaps argue that the story can feel a little cliché at a time but I personally enjoyed it really well.
The graphics? Oh god I was astounished with this one. On such a big screen, high resolution and the rendering there were many times I actually felt like I was in the space, call me naive but I was literally shaking with excitement in some of the outstide space scenes.
Physics. Sure things as wormholes aren't that much of a science fact, things that happen inside the horrizon event is also absolute mystery and the movie was pulling a lot of sci-fi stuff there but to me it didn't really feel that out of the place but I ain't no physicist right... But I still thought of many things as done really well.
In comparison to movie like Gravity it was so so much better on so many levels, actually there probably isn't single thing Gravity done better I think.
Definitely going to get the movie on blu-ray and watch it again. 10/10
