1Hunty Fly worth?

Hello guys,
is 1 hunter fly in a weapon worth it or is it not that good?
fox example when I kill a mob with dragon breath,ingition break,rolling katar
do I get the same heal as with 4x cards? is just the chance higher or the heal effect too?
