Guillotine Cross: Full Woe/PVP Build

Hi guys, I'm coming back from a long time without playing so I need some help.

I need a full WoE build for my GX, focused more on killing, not emp breaking.

From what i've read here, it's all about katar/crit, is that correct?

So, what would be a good stat build for me? Should I go for 1 dex?
