According to descriptions of the Hand Masteries Skills (http://irowiki.org/wiki/Righthand_Mastery ) dual wielding leaves you with 50% at Right Hand and 30% at Left Hand - with both Masteries at level 5 you have 100% RHand / 60% LHand.
However I am not sure about the accuracy of this information or if accurate what exactly is "potential damage", therefore I'd like to question the following:
1) +%Race cards works on both hands, regardless of which dagger has the card. Does +eATK (Zipper Bear cards or Malangdo Enchantments) works the same way or it does only affect the dagger which contains them? ie. A 4 Zipper Bear Carded Main Gauche at LHand plus a Grimtooth at RHand would work as a Grimtooth[4] 4x Zippers or not?
2) The "potential damage" which is reducted, specially at Left Hand (60%) is the Basic wATK of the dagger -OR- the total wATK including STR bonus and refine -OR- wATK+eATK -OR- the game calculates an imaginary damage considering the left-weapon, with its proper refine and weapon level, was Single Handed with all the cards (+% cards, including of not +eATK effects) both daggers have, then gives the 60% of that amount as actual damage.
